Automatic shot blasting and painting lines are one point solution for complete surface preparation and painting job. These machines are integrated with handling, pre cleaning, pretreatment, drying, shot blasting, painting & drying systems. Jon once loaded onto the conveyor will come out after completing all process of surface preparation and coating. . These equipment can be designed with full automatic recovery as well as semi-automatic recovery. Paint booth which is in line with the shot blasting can be dry type or wet type as per the requirement.
In this equipment total floor is provided with number of hoppers, hoppers are connected to long screw conveyors or belt conveyors, which conveys the abrasive to cross conveyor with hoppers fitted under the pit. Spent abrasives will fall in to the hoppers provided in the booth. Hopper is fitted with screw conveyor or belt conveyor which conveys the abrasive to the cross conveyor and then to the elevator bottom section. Elevator lifts the abrasive and transfers them to separator for cleaning, storage and reuse and further feeding to the portable blasting pressure pot.
In this equipment cross screw conveyor/center conveyor or feeding hopper is provided at the center of the booth. Spent abrasives all over the blast room is swept or poured into cross screw conveyor or hopper, which conveys abrasive to the elevator bottom section. Elevator lifts the abrasive and transfers them to separator for cleaning, storage and reuse and further feeding to the portable blasting pressure pot.
Dust collectors are one of the main parts of shot blasting machines. Following are the types are supplied
Dust collector separates dust from the exhaust system by sucking the dust laden air through a series of filters, which filter the dust from the air. Dust generated while blasting is sucked from various points of the equipment and connected to dust collector. The dust-laden air enters the casing on the dust side and the clean air leaves the casing on the clear air side. The dust arrested by filters is automatically dropped into the hopper at regulars’ interval by shaking mechanism system. Counter balance valves are fitted to the hopper for proper discharge of dust from hopper.
This collector separates dust from the exhaust system by sucking the dust laden air through a series of cartridge filters, which filter the dust from the air. The dust-laden air enters the casing on the dust side and the clean air leaves the casing on the clear air side. The dust entrapped in the cartridge filters is dropped into the hopper at regular interval by pulse jetting system. Hopes are provided with an outlet gate for discharging the dust.
The cyclone dust collector system uses centrifugal force to collect and direct dust towards the collection hopper, placed at the bottom. This cyclone dust collector works in two stages. In the first stage the heavier dust particles are separated by the cyclone and in the second stage the remaining fine dust particles that pass through the cyclone is collected in the filter bag. The airflow with dust is rotating in high speed in the cyclone dust collector, under the function of centrifugal force, the dust is gathered upon the inner wall of the cyclone dust collector, and then upon the function of gravity, the dust finally falls down and comes out through the discharging hole.
Mounted on wheels/skid can be taken from place to place. Can be used for abrasive cleaning and separation also. Can be designed and supplied as per customer/Process requirement.
